Birthing From Within Childbirth Preparation Classes
Birthing From Within is a gourmet childbirth preparation class. This 5 week series is a very organic and flavorful experience. You get to cover and experience everything that is important for you to know. Your needs determine your class content.
In your Class You will learn on a very sensory level how to:
- Experience Birth as a rite of passage
- Build confidence in yourself and your partner
- Ask questions and make decisions in labor
- Protect Your Birth Space
- Open your body mind before and during labor with visualization
- Tame Your Birth Tiger
- Push Your Baby Out
- Welcome Your Baby
- Recover and Plan your Postpartum Time
- Care For and Feed Your Newborn
- Give Birth From Within, during a Cesarean, while using pain medication, or with medical support.

The Birthing From Within philosophy is about the mobilization and utilization of your coping skills, reaching deep into your body mind connection and bringing awareness to every part of your labor.
Class Fees: $300 per couple
