Head First Doula Services
HFDS was created to provide expectant mothers and their partners with a comforting space to prepare for and then go through a meaningful childbirthing experience. You will be able to choose from a range of support options available to you as well as be exposed to new ideas you may want to consider in preparation for labor & delivery.
Focusing on childbirth related services, Head First's philosophy is that knowledge coupled with prenatal and post partum care is essential in having a positive child birthing and mothering experience. We offer supportive services such as prenatal yoga, prenatal massage, birth doula support, post partum doula support and infant massage. Our instructors, doulas, and therapist provide you with the tools and guidance you can call upon and rely on before, during and after childbirth.
Your birthing journey is singularly unique. You will be treated with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. We are here to help you and your partner welcome your child into the world.
